We are so glad you’re here! We want to share what we know and where we’ve been in hopes to help, motivate and inspire you! Everyone has a story and each one is unique to the other – this is ours!
Josh always wanted to be self employed. I on the other hand loved the idea of a corporate paycheck, or “stability.” The day he proposed to me was his first official day as a full time real estate investor.. It only took one month of marriage before he convinced me to go full time with him. Two and a half years later, we are a full time team of two and we do a little of everything in the eeal estate investing world.
Josh is an acquisitions mastermind and the finance guru and I’m the general contractor, realtor, and designer but we both share a lot of hats. We have learned a lot but we have a lot more to learn! Thanks for joining us as we take you along for the ride!
